I can’t recommend Innogy Electrical Services enough! Although I’m based on the Sunshine Coast, I reached out to them in Sydney for help with my smart meters and solar system. Richard was absolutely amazing over the phone—extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me understand my system better. He provided clear, practical advice and went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed. I only wish they were closer to the Sunshine Coast so I could work with them in person! Rich and his team from Innogy Electrical Services installed a 8.7KW Enphase Solar Panel system. He talked us through the benefits of the various systems and we landed on a micro inverter system with enough capacity to cover our house usage, Ev charger, and pool system. Communication was prompt, installed to schedule and pricing transparent. The team did a fantastic job of internal routing of the cables and left the place spotless. A highly professional company and will definitely use them again.
